Terms of service

Last updated 8 August 2026

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Dirty Talk Search, LLC(“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this service is

A search engine over transcripts of publicly available online video. We generate text transcripts, index them, and return timestamped links that send the user to the video on the third-party site that hosts it. We do not produce, host, or serve video.

Everything you find here is a transcript and a link. The video itself is on a third-party platform, under that platform's control and its terms, and it plays there rather than here.

You must be 18 or older

This site indexes sexually explicit material and is for adults only. By using it you affirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and that it is lawful for you to view such material where you are.

The notice shown on your first visit records that affirmation. It is a good-faith measure and we describe it as nothing more: it is not identity verification, and we say so on the notice itself rather than implying a control we do not have.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site to seek material that is illegal, including any depiction of a minor and any material recorded or published without the consent of the people in it;
  • scrape, bulk-download, or resell the transcripts or the index, or use automated means to access the site beyond ordinary browsing and the crawling permitted by our robots.txt;
  • attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure;
  • misrepresent yourself when contacting us — in particular when submitting a takedown notice or a counter-notice, where a false statement carries legal consequences.

Some searches are refused. We decline queries that seek illegal material, and a small number of others under our own content rules. A refusal is not an accusation; if you think one is wrong, tell us and we will look at it.

Suspension and termination

There are no accounts here, so there is nothing to close. We may block access, refuse requests, or remove material from the index at any time — including in response to a report, a takedown notice, or use that breaks the rules above.

We do not host, produce, or control the videos

We do not produce, film, upload, host, or serve any video, and we do not control what a third-party platform publishes or removes. The transcripts are machine-generated and will contain errors; they are an aid to finding something, not a record of what was said. Following a link takes you to another company's site, where their terms and their privacy policy apply and ours do not.

If material indexed here should not be, see DMCA and takedowns. That route needs no account and asks for no proof of who you are.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be available, that the transcripts are accurate, or that a link will still resolve — a platform can remove a video at any moment and we will not know until we next check.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dirty Talk Search, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or of any third-party site you reach from it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Dirty Talk Search, LLC is formed, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you have a problem, write to us first: nearly everything is resolved that way, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.

This section is pending final review. The governing state is not named above because the entity’s state of formation is still to be confirmed, and whether disputes go to arbitration is a decision for counsel rather than a default we should pick. Both are settled before this page is relied on. Last updated 8 August 2026.

Payment

There is nothing to buy. The site is free to use and takes no payment of any kind today. If that changes, the terms of any paid product will be published here and on our refund policy before it is offered, not after.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the most recent change, and it is the honest way to tell: there is no mailing list to notify you, because we do not collect email addresses. Material changes will be summarised on this page rather than made silently.
